What's inside
The house runs three full levels on the bluffs above Lewis & Clark Lake. The top two floors each have their own kitchen, living room, dining table, and bedrooms, so a big group can pile into the great room upstairs, or split into two totally self-contained spaces when half the crew wants quiet and the other half wants the game on. The finished basement adds the third floor: a dedicated game room with ping-pong, smart TVs, and additional bedroom space. Six bedrooms total, four bathrooms, sleeps 18. On Lewis & Clark Lake
The lake is basically your front yard here. Lewis & Clark State Recreation Area lines the south shore, boat ramps, swim beaches, disc golf, bird-watching trails, the works. Crofton Lakeview Golf Course is a mile down the road on its own bluff.
Yankton's twelve minutes north over the bridge into South Dakota, Avera Sacred Heart Hospital, Mount Marty University, real restaurants, and a riverfront worth walking. Sioux City is about 90 minutes east. Sioux Falls and Omaha are both around two hours.
